Triangle Scanner

Scan your credit or debit card's information with Triangle Scanner. You can read any RFID enabled card! You'd be surprised how much information can be extracted from your card just by tapping it to your phone.

Triangle Scanner uses the free Triangle APIs to scan the cards. This NFC technology will help you at the checkout in your favorite apps since you no longer have to enter your card information manually. Just tap it to your phone and be done!

We currently support:

- Visa PayWave
- MasterCard PayPass
- American Express ExpressPay
- Interac Flash

Triangle Scanner does not transmit or store card information. The scanning is done entirely on your device and only the last 4 digits of your cards are captured, keeping you completely safe.

Triangle API could be leveraged to improve the check out experience by removing the burden of manual card entry and replacing it with a simple tap. same gesture your users perform at a gas station. Triangle's API provides you all the information necessary to process a payment by a simple tap.

Works perfectly with a tested Visa card. Was a little concerned about security initially but the permissions don't seem to be outlandish. There's a button, pre-filled with your email address on the Scan screen to be sent the SDK. This is about the limit of anything in the way of ads so seems all OK to me.

Now my users can checkout just by tapping their card to the back of their phone. It captures the credit card details and billing address immediately. (It should be noted that this app itself is useless, but demonstrates the functionality of the underlying Triangle API for a bit of a WOW factor.)
